Tashard Choice Good to Go: Kurt Warner to Retire

Posted by Bryan Martin On January - 11 - 2010

Saturday Night Cowboys Nation was in for a scare.  Tashard Choice went down in the fourth quarter seemingly with a head injury.  Choice, who previously suffered a concussion, was kept out of the game.

“I just took a lick, I’m good to go” Choice said after the game.  I seems as though it was just a slight injury, but it’s worth keeping an eye on.  Choice will be a big part in getting to the Super Bowl.

In other news, Marion Barber wasn’t feeling right during the game and asked to keep himself rested.  All this according to Wade Phillips during a press conference.

Almost done

The Arizona Cardinals just defeated the Green Bay Packers in a shoot out that ended on a crazy defensive play in overtime.  However, reports indicate that whenever the Cardinals do lose again it’ll be the last game Kurt Warner plays.

Kurt Warner has been a success and is Hall of Fame bound.  Successful stints in St. Louis and a trip to the Super Bowl with Arizona has helped Warner amass an impressive resume.  Whatever he decides, I will always recognize him as one of the best.

Play On!

Next weeks playoff matches are as follows:

Saturday January 16, 2010:

Arizona at New Orleans (4:30 ET)

Baltimore at Indianapolis (8:15 ET)

Sunday January 17, 2010:

Dallas at Minnesota (1:00 ET)

NY Jets at San Diego (4:40 ET)
